About Sahayogi Sewa Sansthan

Sahayogi Sewa Sansthan  is a registered organization, registered under society  act  1958, and working in Rajsamand and Udaipur District (Rajasthan) from last fifteen years in the field of  Rural Development with the help of Govt. and Non Government Organisations on Income Generation & Self Employment, Education and Health Awareness, Watershed Programme, Health and Sanitation, Environment protection and waste management, Panchayati Raj, SHG formation & Women Empowerment Programme, and Networking on issue base programme  Like Street Vendors Act 2014 etc. The organization has its registered office at Rajsamand and has involved  25 Staff/ field worker. Its working area is whole Rajsamand District and specially focus on  women and community empowerment through income generation programme. Organization implemented various income generation program under World Bank Supported project, DPIP and RUDA. 

The organization has adequate experience in IEC activities for different government programmes on water and sanitation, health and hygiene, income generation, education awareness, environment protection and promotion etc. Presently the organization working on women artisan on different trade, like stitching, hand embroidery, wooden craft, cloth block printing, leather craft etc. The organization is also affiliated with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation ) under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, for skill base training of youth in Rajasmand and Udaipur Area.   The Organisation is also working on Street vendors etc for their registration and implementation of hawkers act. 2014 for whole Rajasthan.

 To develop ability of community based in order to unite the marginal class to the main stream of development –

  1. To develop feeling of equality in the community
  2. To develop feeling ownership by encouraging community participation in development program

Popular Programs of the organization–

Self Employment Handicraft Training, Family Counseling  Center, SHG formation, Environment Building and Community Mobilization, Capacity Building, Women  Empowerment through  Panchayati Raj (Local governance) programme, Formation of Common Interest Groups Under (District Poverty Initiative Project-DPIP including micro entrepreneurship, agriculture development and land development  ), Formation of Groups under SGSY(men, women, adolescent girl child), Orientation & training to Panchayati Raj Representatives, Animators, Villagers Groups etc. Awareness Generation and Education (IEC) under and Training Programmes   for different groups like, School Teachers, Handpump Mistry, ANM & LS, Rajmistry,  Anganwadi Workers, Kala Jatha Artist, PLA Training for Animators for  TSC project. Computer training for senior citizen and vocational training for women SHG of  ICDS. Skill base training in stone art.
